I'm ready to blame anything on Little Boots including bad weather but it looks like the loss of the Olympics might have something to do with the policies he put in place after the terrorist attacks on September 11.

Talk about a self-fulfilling prophecy: They were so worried about people coming to the U.S. to cause trouble that they put a number of roadblocks in the way -- so the only people sufficiently motivated to jump through all the hoops are terrorists!
