The Golden Globes

Yeah, the categorizations are clumsy - but I'd rather have them try that than just say THIS is the BEST picture. Oh, and The Wolf of Wall Street was every bit as comedic a picture as American Hustle, but yes - neither was a traditional comedy.

But I'm fine with the Globes splitting off the comedic dramas from the heavy dramas, and including films about music and musicians in with musicals ... though I have no idea why in even these expanded categories comedies should somehow compete with musicals.
