Clips should match the amount of papers they are holding. Large paper clips on 2 sheets of paper leave phantom clip folds in the pages. Yuck! I also hate when you have too many pages in one large clip, twisting the clip to the point that it's not reusable. Get a freaking binder clip for that. Each clip to its own set task.

And please don't use a binder clip that would break if there were one more sheet of paper in it. Don't you realize my grip strength is just not what it used to be and I can't get the damn thing off the papers without tearing apart the first 10 sheets or so?
