Did you know that back in the 1920s there were some serious attempts to design and mass produce females urinals?

I don't really care if urinals are available or not, but they are more resource efficient than toilets. Both in terms of materials, space, and water usage. And taking it to the next step I'm starting to see increasing use of flushless urinals.

Even with modern low flow toilets it doesn't make sense to use 1.6 gallons of water to dispose of a couple cups of pee.
