This is amazing.

So he wanted to blow the sign up.

So got instructions for a pressure cooker bomb off the internet.

But instead he walked into the office carrying the bomb, explained his mission...then explained that the bomb wouldn't work because the instructions he got were so poorly written...and that made him further upset and therefore the members of the commission should be further concerned about the state of education!
