Absolutely. Tilton is reviled by nearly everyone, even in Evangelical circles. He finds enough suckers to keep him going, but he commands no respect. i saw the earliest such videos in the presence of very devout people who had a great laugh at it precisely because he is such a shady character.

You would have a hard time taking a fart machine into one of his services these days, because he has no church. He only appears on television, and otherwise lays low at his Miami hideout, complete with bodyguards.
