I use McAfee, and will use the above to scan tonight to see if anything shows up.

This person is also on AOL, so I immediately distrust anything they turn up.

A wise policy.

Most likely the person who sent that has a virus or adware that's popping up bogus warnings like that to get them to click a link that will in turn download more viruses/adware.
