Not toon related, but our household are big big fans of Rocketboom.
Also catching our interest has been the Onion News Network. As tired as the "print" edition has gotten, and as wary as I am of them hooking up with CNN, these little quick-hit video bits have been pretty entertaining.

I subscribe to Vintage Tooncast, though I've not watched too many (I discovered them about a month ago).
I'm with Gn2dl, mousepod - vidcasts, a good idea. But, I suspect that toying with the copyright issues and Disney watchdogs would not be worth tempting fate.
