I'm wondering if it's a gender thing due to the fact that the way women pee is different than men. Maybe the closer proximity to the bowl from sitting allows them a better opportunity to smell the pee. I'm wondering because I don't ever remember smelling my own urine -- but that could be because of all the water I drink. I wonder if I'll remember to check the next time I go number one.
