I'm not near that fire (off sand canyon and the 405) but I live in the land of dry brush. When I go to work I am taking my computer, external drives, iPod, photos and some other stuff. Maybe over-planning just a tad, but the amount of dry brush and dead hills around here is enough to make me worry while I'm at work.
