Found a very cool tip last night on the side of a cocoa packet:
Mix 3 tbsp (1 packet) hot chocolate mix into a mug of milk, add 1/8 tsp vanilla extract and 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Makes a sort of chocolate chai drink. 'Twas good  Next time I might make a variant on that by adding honey - because honey in hot chocolate is amazing (it only sounds gross until you try it, trust me!)
