Here is a good example of why judges need discretion on the bench....

Teen nabbed for Naked Myspace pictures.

Lately there have been a spade of articles about kids using cell phone cameras to take naked photos of themselves and then getting threatened with child-porn charges after someone else finds the photos. A gross overreaction

However this kid when asked by authorities to remove the photos of his ex-girlfriend relied: "**** that, I am keeping them up". Idiot.

yeah, hes real brassy right now. a night or two in the hole for contempt should cure him, folowed by a civil suit from the xgf.
