See, it's the pretense that bugs me. The idea that someone would feel guilty for visiting a strip club but not feel guilty for pretending they showed up for the buffalo wings just baffles me.

I'm not sure it is intentional pretense or just different levels of acceptability. Everyone has their limit as to where the line gets drawn.

If anything, I give a little props to Hooters for being blatant about it. I have been to many an establishment (I'm talking mainstream restaurants) where it is obvious that one is hired almost entirely based on looks: young cute females.
