Quick question: I want to make sure that a Twitter client does not cut into Text messages - is this correct?

What are y'all's favorite Twitter clients?
Anybody have hints on the better cases to protect from clumsy owners who are prone to dropping phones?

Twitterific is my favorite. I also like TweetDeck because I can separate people into groups.

I just bought the SwitchEasy Rebel Serpent case. Really like it.

I have used iSkin cases on all my iPods. I quite like them. They are made of silicone and give a nice cushioning without being too bulky.
