I believe it handles multiple windows in a single app by creating a new instance of the app, so that counts.

BTW, how do you like evernote? Do you find yourself using it at all? Using it just as a simple notepad? Actually using any of its more advanced features?

I like it, but haven't used it a ton. It's good to save a webpage for future reading/reference.
