I do planks most mornings, but now I can't do 'em without laughing. (Yeah, planking is slightly different - in that it won't so squat for your torso. Idiots.)

(And those planks BTD linked to are not planks as I know 'em. Those seem to be for arms, the ones I do are different and are for abs.)

Ya, they aren't but I was posting while working and I think most know what core planks are.
