Seeing as the A's currently have the best record int he American League and 7 games is more than a sufficient sample size, I declare the season over.
The National League can hold a series of one game playoffs to determine which 5-1 team will play the A's in the World Series. |

Yeah, that made the local sports news. Watching the replay, I'd come down hard on Quentin. Totally unjustified response to a non-issue.
What was Kemp's deal? Dude was not helping the situation. I wonder if this will boil over to Monday when SD comes to town. I predict extra security in the parking lot before/during and after the game.
