This letter is to inform you that we will not be making our mortgage payment this month. As you are no doubt aware, a number of natural disasters have taken their toll on American cities in recent months. In the Pacific Northwest, we are suffering from a sudden lack of sun, compounded by a chronic lack of Disney. Obviously, we had no choice but to spend our mortgage funds on an emergency trip to Walt Disney World. We're sure you can understand that in these times of national tragedy, extreme measures are sometimes necessary.
