I find it interesting that the Water Wiggle was discontinued in 1978, yet me and CP (at least) had one, and well, in 1978 we were 1. I clearly remember mine being brand new, and I was old enough to remember that.

hmm... a google search for "Water Willie" brings up lots of items, but none of them match your description. In fact most of the links weren't work safe
