Arg! It's not enough that I have to deal with it here at home, but now on LoT too?

Just promise me you won't:

-Pout all week if "your team" loses
or
-Cheer for the Seahawks, because if I never hear about them again it will be too soon.

Gosh! By the default player rankings I get the feeling my Dolphins are not going to do too well this year

I used to do fantasy baseball but it just took up too much time. Unfortunately, I don't follow football enough to have much of a chance.

So, when are you starting the Fantasy Lacrosse league?

Well, you've got plenty of time, but the next order of business is selecting your draft order. You can just accept the default rankings, which are based on previous performance and analyst-projected future performance. Or you can do some reasearch yourself and customize the order if there's a player you think will do better than people are giving him credit for or that you just like. Of course, it's a draft, so you aren't guaranteed to get all the players that you rank highly, but it will increase your odds.

We've got until some time in October to run the draft, so like I said, plenty of time. Of course, the earlier we run the draft, the more time we have to make trades before the season starts.

Three years ago, when I played in my first Fantasy league I set up my draft to pick all Miami Dolphins.......I wasn't doing too bad as the Dolphins had some pretty good players that year...............not too bad at all until their bye week

Won't be doing that again.
