Actually, now that you mention it, I might have had wild boar during our trip to Spain. But, to me, that's still pork, and it was labeled as such. A pig is a pig, I guess.

I've had all the usuals, plus elk, venison, rabbit, ostrich, alligator, sea cucumber, and sweetbreads. Of those - wouldn't eat the alligator or sea cucumber again.
