				            | My latest blood test came back, and my cholesterol is now 1 (yes, 1) for both LDL & HDL. So guess what ? We fried up a mess of Bacon and Eggs for Brunch today, and used the streaky middle cut bacon so as to get that crispy, greasy bacony pork crackley goodness. :bacon: I'm now replete in Bacon-heaven.

				            | Addendum: Whilst scientists were quick to disenfrachise the planet Pluto that we all grew up with, they were slow (really slow) to recognise Alcohol as the fourth food group. What a pack of kill-joys. They are only just now beginning to realise that "Pluto" was actually supposed to be called "Pub" - which of course explains the term "He's off the planet". And for God's sake, it's Pluto Pub, not Pluto Pup*. As always, LashStoat. *For the American audience, this is like a Corndog, invented by a guy named Walker. | Nevermind | Just dropped in to say hi to Lashstoat! Hi, Lashstoat! Oh, and I had bacon for dinner, with eggs and all that other breakfast stuff. I only like breakfast at dinnertime. |
