Just to balance, not that there's any excuse about LSP's story or my Groto dinner. I had 2 VERY good experinces with Character's at Goofy's Kitchen. Both times, the characters went beyond to hang out, sign autographs and take pictures.

I agree with CP. Email it!!

Your experiences sound like our first trip to DL, which I chalked up to all the many variables ocurring at the WDC in 2001. There is no excuse for it now- they should know better. I hope this isn't a sign of a return to business as it used to be.
