The debate could be had about whether a flash (in general) is intentional or accidental. For me, if I am out with my spouse on a date and she is wearing a dress or skirt, if she leans over and wispers in my ear that she isn't wearing any panties, that is freakin' sexy as heck.

However, there is no doubt in my mind about intention with the Britney photos.

As far as the pic, I'm sure there are hundreds of pictures out there of stars getting in and out of cars and once in a while someone gets a "good" shot. Plus with the internet, its all over it within seconds.

I'm not sure about the crotch shots, but "Nipple Slips" and dresses that become see-through when photographed with a flash are plentiful.
