I was an extra in the British TV production. When it finally aired, I couldn't watch it. The scenes of life before so many of my friends died of AIDS were too hard to sit through. Years later, I was able to sit and cry through it.

I still haven't been able to watch Angels in America, and I stage managed a production of it!
