Tigger attack, or brat kid?

Is it possible the kid was trying to undo the costume? That would make a bratty kid-approved photo moment...

I saw it on TV, and thought it looked as though the kid did something. Also, I noticed the kid continued to smile and was not shocked by Tigger's reaction. So I think the kid expected a reaction from Tigger- because he was guilty of something. And the fact that the family was filming at that very moment is suspisious.
