Lani loves natto. She, however, recognizes that to most Americans "combining slimy with sticky mucus" is not an acceptable food texture. Taste wise I find it ok, but I can't get over the feel.

I remember that natto was once the secret ingredient on Iron Chef. Even the chefs looked appalled.
