So today's gossip is that the other moot court team from my school, the "varsity squad", as we refer to them, the ones that boasted to our team that the school put the "best" students together to make their team, was spotted at school today, working furiously to finish their brief by the deadline.

We mailed ours last night. But, of course, they're the "better" team.

My team rocks!

ommission of facts on a job application is about the same as lying.

eventually it catches up with you and they come and drag your azz out and hand you a final paycheck and take away your id.

every few weeks i see the look of fear on someone's face and feel badly for them. not a darned thing i can do for 'em.

So, the Mutt is in the house, roaming free with the cats. The funny thing is....all is calm. Yes, he's already tried to eat the cat food but there's been minimal hissing and Holloween-cat posturing. But, I sure wish someone would call and claim him.
