Pleanty of decent restaurants do not run $30+ a person. If that's the birthday boys choice then that's his choice though.

Usually, when restaurant prices are listed like this, that is the average price for the entree. If that is correct in this case, that IS an expensive restaurant. There are lot of great restaurants to be had for much less than that.
