To be fair to the show, I had seen absolutely no publicity for it so I didn't know (and still don't except for this thread) what the premise was. All I saw was a group of people talking in a bar or restaurant about bad hair days.
I didn't even know the name of the show until this thread mentioned Anne Heche. In fact, she was the reason I stopped on the channel at all, I was busy thinking to myself ("wow, actual evidence that actors don't actually cease to exist at the moment nobody cares about them anymore"). But that 10-15 minutes, taken out of context of the show's premise was horrible so I haven't been back. |

You are right, some of the banter is quite silly. But, yes, the premise is city girl and people who don't give such a crap.
There was even a deal about Anne Heches' sister coming out {big City Girl} and giving one of the women a pair of 'must have' high heeled shoes. The woman then twisted her ankle. Too used to wearing boots. Of course. Yes, what has Anne Heche been up to? Besides this, I mean. I am glad, since people sort of may have quit thinking about her {since her stunt in Fresno and her time with Ellen DeGeneres} that she still has a career. That says good things about her and our acceptance as a society. Don't you think? But, I still don't think this is a show for you. ![]()
