Pfffffttt not as bad as when I had my Irish Cap ripped off on Soaring. I ran back for my missing bag but was so flusterd I coulden't remember it in the contents list the CM totaly was waiting for me to discribe it and was waiting for it but I couldent remember then when I rembered and ran back a second time he was gone and apparently so was the cap. (Which I got it in Ireland)

No feedback from the card I filled out either. I wish I had grabed his bloody name.

Yes, that came up as a "fond" memory last night. I don't think THAT little incident had us at City Hall. However, that was the same guy who "detained" us at HM because we had cymbal monkeys.

That's part of the problem with low pay and high turn-over. What else should we expect? This is a problem that Disney must pull their heads out of the sand (or some other dark damp place) and address!

And I hope grumpy CM is no longer with the company, or got an attitude adjustment....
