Heheh, I don't have any "friends" on my live journal account. I was going to wait till I had accumulated at least a handful of entries before I formally invited anyone to "be my friend."

But I was talked into doing it because, as an adjunct to this right here at the LoT, it's a way to communicate deeper or at least more intricate things to your friends, things not likely to come up in casual conversation, so that they can have more of a peak into your life ... and, if they've got an LJ, a peak for you into theirs.

I rather like the idea, and I like writing. But, as I expected, I'm lazy about it.

Don't worry, most of us are equally lazy about it.

All this has prompted me to go and add friends on my MySpace account. Maybe I'll even add some, gasp, profile info.
