We've been with Time Warner for years now, and their HD DVR or service has never given me an issue. I can't even remember the last time the service cut out, and customer service has always been very helpful and kind.

What kind of issues have you heard about them?

Not with TW themselves, but the integration of the Adelphia network into theirs.
