Though, to be fair, I've had that happen with pants from Gap and Levi's as well. I used to put my hands in my back pocket and tilt them out (without really realizing it) putting a strain on the stitching. What would happen, more often than not, was that the denim itself would rip. I also have a tendency to tug at the belt loops, creating holes there, once its been one tug too many. One of these days I will be able to afford nicer jeans. In the meanwhile, I just keep buying Gap.
