I like the technology. I hate the character, the spiel that insists on reminding us every two seconds who is speaking (were they that sure that no one would remember who the hell Davy Jones is that they have to have him say his name constantly?), and the intrusive interruption to one of the greatest reveals in theme park attraction history.

Actually, I, Babette, have not seen the second (or third) movie so I did not know who the weird squid head was until he said his name. The problem is they put too many boats on the ride. Then each boat gets a preview while they are jammed up in the tunnel.
