Bacon Snitzel.

Take desired amount of rashers of bacon.

Roll in seasoned flour.

Dip in beaten egg

Roll in breadcrumbs or (even better) Cornflake Crumbs

Deep fry.

Eat.

Clutch at chest (optional)

...I can see this one doing the rounds of the Texas State Fair real soon.

I smelled bacon cooking when I happened to find the above video. Needless to say, I cooked up a little bacon to go with my asparagus tonight.
