Well, I think these places would count, although I haven't been...I would like to, though...

How about going to the Ponderosa? That got me a lot of eye rolls and moans from the family, that should count for something.

I have wanted to go to these places for freakin' years. Always out of the way, never enough time....

We are heading up that way again {entering Yosemite via Lee Vining} but I think that the posse I am traveling with will find it too geeky of a trek...

Calico, did you stay the night there? There is a link {maybe on that page} that says some places are haunted! Boo!

Is that a geeky thing? Wanting to visit haunted places?

We did stay at Calico, there is some more info here.

When you go up to Lee Vining, you go right past the turn off for Bodie, sure you can't spare a few hours? It is worth it.
