poetry of Capt Jack

[Capt Jack]

what an odd thing it is
suddenly living alone
not something Im versed in
but its virtues have grown

I admit I did fear it
seems not long ago
but I conquered the empty
then re-learned how to grow

your thoughts undisturbed
your ears hear no voice
you can run around naked
its really your choice

while of course I would trade it
back to what once was here
I cant say 'I hate it!'
'cuz theres nothing to fear
