Camping Swanking - June 28 - July 3

I added "Grey Water Collection" to the list.
I'm not bringing a razor (well, actually, there is one in my kit, but I ain't using it).
What the heck does one need a moleskin for?!?
I wonder if Erik will see that I named his team? (modified for clarification)

I know it was mentioned above but before trekking a metric buttload of wood out there you might want to confirm the fire rules in effect this week. When I was at Yosemite over Memorial Day I was talking to a ranger who said that this summer is expected to be really bad firewise and they would likely be implementing even stricter fire regulations than usual (at Yosemite fires are only allowed from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.). I don't know what they do at King's Canyon but the conditions are probably worse there.

You may not be allowed to burn big fires that would go through more than two bundles a night.

for your feet bud. not sure how much youre used to walking, but I swear by it as I have pansy little city dweller feet

and ditto for the razor. but as slow as my beard grows, I doubt anyone will notice. (its a Jap thing)

I was also implored to remind one and all of us flatlanders that we should all keep in mind the thin air at elevation (approx 6800 ft). its way easy to overdo very quickly until youre used to it.
