I only have Wednesday off too. They do fireworks at the High School which is right by my apartment so I can view from the front porch if I don't feel like walking down there. I think Maddy is playing Polo or something with her dad in the morning. If she gets back in time we may head up to Disneyland for the fireworks.

Maybe I'll clean my house and get all organized - nah. Probably sleep in and watch crap TV all day.

It was my Dad's favorite holiday (he was a closet pyromaniac so anything involving fire was good). I do miss being in an area were you can get fireworks and set them off. Sparklers were always my favorite. Fireworks were banned one year because of fire danger so my Dad lit road flares, not really the same.
