Great post Ally
 I was pondering this very thing yesterday, as I left the gym. Post-cardio (and, I hasten to add, post-shower) my skin was glowing and I had a spring in my step. I felt relaxed, happy (and a little smug and virtuous  ). Was I wearing tons of makeup? Why, no. But I felt confident and happy. You won't see me giving up my addiction any time soon. But it's nice to know I don't have to rely on it to make me feel good
