I was listening to sports talk this afternoon and somebody e-mailed the show saying they worked near the Oakland Coliseum and regularly saw bags of dead dogs in the street.

On the other hand, you do want to go to a state with little or no criminalization for spectator activity. Idaho seems to be wooing the dog fighting contingent.
