A story to make you feel better:

This past weekend my brother fell out of a hotel van while on a business trip in Knoxville. Got tangled in the seatbelts or somesuch. Hit his head, shoulder, and hip on the way down, and nearly broke his finger. Got to visit the Knoxville ER and now has to see a hand specialist due to potential ligament damage in his ring finger.

Not only does he have paperwork to fill out, but all his coworkers heard about it before he got back, and he's received quite the razzing.

No problem, I've been messing in this area recently. I have a new product idea that has a lot of heat behind it (yay me) but has been running into a big wall because of some idiosyncrasies with how checks are processed. Over the last three weeks I've learned way more than I would ever want to know.
