We were talking about this on Saturday. Chicken is chicken. So why is it, when I eat Chinese food with chicken and veggies I am hungry an hour later, but when I eat grilled chicken with veggies I'm not? Same amount of chicken too.

We always theorized it was the bite-sized morselization of the chicken and veggies in Chinese that led to faster digestion. Of course there's always the chewing factor, too...do you chew morsels more thoroughly that sliced-up bits?
