On decor - there was a stand of bamboo growing from the middle of the floor up into a windowed dome. The art was mostly Japanese, with a few French oddities (at least, we guessed they were French, they just seemed odd). It was not a quiet restaurant, but the noise was only slightly obtrusive on our fine meal. Service was excellent, even though the place was busy.

Just wanted to back up the post - if you have something to celebrate, definitely worth a visit.
