As a sign of getting old, the Perseids are only of interest to me in the years when they peak on a Friday or Saturday night.

And, thanks for pointing out the moisture issue. I noticed today that it seems a bit cloudy even though sunny. {

} So, I'd imagine tonight will be more so. At the beach {I was by the beach when I noticed the clouds...}
