UPDATE:

I just got an email response from her, and it really couldn't have been better. She seems excited that I was interested in finding out more about the advertising market in Salt Lake City. She gave me some background on herself, and she hopes we can get together while I'm out there. I'm stoked - even if there's nothing available for me at CBS Outdoor (esp. due to market size), then I will hopefully still have a great contact.
