A possible substitute for the Beat Hotel?

The thoughts on the Pods remain fuzzy, unfortunately. H flies out tomorrow for her first week at the new job (she's staying in a hotel 'til Friday). She flies back up after work on Friday and we caravan down on Saturday. Then, on Tuesday, she flies out for a week of meetings while I await the movers. The concept of "getting away" is not even on our radar right now. If we have to decide today, we'll have to say "no" - not because we won't want to go, but because we're in no place to commit to anything right now. If there's a last-minute opportunity (or even one in two or three weeks), the answer might well be different.
