You know those newspaper-like coupon/ad things you get every darn week? I noticed last week that one of them had a phone number to call to subscribe or unsubscribe. So I called it. I got an answering machine that told me to leave my address, so I did (with the word "unsubscribe" said firmly several times). They said it could take a few weeks to go into effect. If it does, I'll be making more phone calls like that.

I do appreciate the link, Matterhorn Fan, but I love catalogs, just not ones that offend my vanity! I am going to let Living XL know that I don't want their catalog, though.
