I am very happy with Verizon. We've had them for about two years now - left Sprint, as a matter of fact, because we had gotten rather tired of them as well. Sucked paying all the start up fees to switch, but well worth it in the end.
I just got a new Blue Mint Chocolate, too. I don't like carrying tons of gadgets, so having a good quality MP3 player with my phone is a big plus for me. |

Sprint has been billing me since May for long-distance service at an apartment I vacated that month (and service I canceled that month). I can never reach a real person to stop the billing. I have sent letters attempting to stop the billing. Still the bills come. I have other service, and THEY just laugh about the situation. All the providers are desperate for cashola methinks. My experiences with EVERY SINGLE ONE of my providers of various services this year (phones, banks, utilities, cable, DMV, airlines, etc. etc. etc.) have left me YEARS older. Customer service is dead in this country. And I think some folks are getting rich on that.
